My yoga isn’t about complicated poses — it’s about finding strength, ease, and calm in your body and mind. Classes are especially supportive for women navigating midlife and menopause, helping you regulate your nervous system, build resilience, and feel more at home in yourself.
Coaching gives you space to pause, reflect, and create the changes you want. Whether you’re moving through menopause, recovery, or simply feeling stuck, I’ll help you reconnect with your strengths, build resilience, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
