Hello, I’m Esther

Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself during midlife, menopause, or recovery?

You’re not alone – and you don’t have to navigate it on your own. I help women like you reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and build practical tools to thrive through change. Whether you want more clarity, balance, energy, or resilience, I can guide you there.

I understand what it’s like to feel out of sync with your body and life. I’ve personally navigated perimenopause and the challenges of recovery, and I’ve learned how transformative it can be to connect with your body, your emotions, and nature. Hiking and being outdoors led me to yoga, and the practices I learned during yoga teacher training gave me the tools to get sober and start rebuilding my life with purpose and clarity.

I’ve learned that menopause isn’t an ending. It’s a beginning. Ageing is a privilege, and this transition can be our “second spring”: a time to stop pretending, embrace our quirks, and live in a way that feels true. It’s not just about HRT or quick fixes, but about reshaping your relationship with yourself and treating your body with the kindness and respect it deserves.

Today, I bring that experience – along with professional training in embodiment, recovery, coaching, menopause, yoga, and wellbeing – to support women in making meaningful, lasting changes. Through one-to-one coaching, yoga, and guided walks, I help you:

  • Discover clarity and direction about what you really want for your life and wellbeing

  • Build practical tools for managing stress, emotions, and life transitions

  • Reconnect with your body, mind, and energy so you feel grounded, confident, and alive

I also host Slow Down with Esther on Rhondda Radio and work part-time as Health and Wellbeing Coordinator at Cwmparc Community Centre, bringing real-world experience to the support I offer.

If you’re ready to move from feeling stuck to feeling empowered, balanced, and aligned with your true self, let’s work together.

My Philosophy

Reconnect, Regulate, Reclaim Yourself

I believe change and healing aren’t about giving things up, they’re about choosing what you want to create in your life. In recovery, wellbeing, and midlife, that means focusing on health, clarity, and connection instead of perceived loss.

I see menopause not as an ending, but as a beginning… a ‘second spring’ of life. A time when you don’t need to follow society’s rules and can start living as your truest self. Ageing is a privilege, and your body, mind, and wisdom are still powerful and full of value.

Transformation isn’t just in the mind, it’s in the body. That’s why embodiment, movement, and nervous system regulation are at the heart of my approach. When you can feel the change in your body, you can step fully into your power, reclaim your energy, and build resilience for whatever life brings.

I see the women I work with as capable, strong, and full of potential – even if they can’t always see it themselves. You have the right to care for yourself, to recognise your worth, and to rewrite the script if life isn’t giving you joy. My role is to guide, teach, cheer, and walk alongside you as you map your own path, offering tools, support, and perspective when you need it most.

Through our work together, I hope you develop a deeper awareness of your body and mind, feel confident in your strengths, care for yourself more fully, and navigate menopause and life’s challenges with clarity and resilience without needing to numb or hide from your experience.

I’m done pretending. I embrace my wrinkles, my quirks, and my true self — no apologies.
