You’re in good hands

I’m Esther, a menopause yoga teacher, nervous system practitioner and certified menopause coach based in the Rhondda, South Wales.  I know what it’s like to go through menopause when life is already hard. I navigated it alongside chronic illness and significant grief, and what I learned about the connection between stress, hormones and the nervous system changed everything for me.  Now I bring that lived understanding with professional training in menopause yoga, nervous system regulation and coaching to support women who are going through something similar. 

Because you deserve more than ‘just get on with it.’

My Philosophy

Your body isn’t failing you. It’s asking for something different.

Menopause symptoms aren’t random. They’re your body and nervous system responding to profound change. When we work with that, rather than against it, something shifts.

I believe that what you need isn’t more willpower or another supplement. You need space to slow down, regulation for your nervous system, and support that actually understands what you’re going through.
