For health, wellbeing and relaxation, in the Rhondda and online
Yoga
Yoga isn’t about bending yourself into impossible shapes. It’s about coming home to your body, calming your nervous system, and finding strength, balance, and ease that you can carry into your everyday life.
My approach to yoga is gentle but powerful. It’s designed for real people in real bodies, with a special focus on the needs of women in midlife and menopause. Whether you’re looking for deep rest, more resilience, or a kinder relationship with your body, you’ll find practices here to support you.

Why Practice with Me?
Yoga for real people
You don’t need to be bendy, fit, or know what a “vinyasa” is. My classes are for humans with real bodies, real lives, and real stresses. We start from where you are, and together we create space for breath, ease, and movement.
A practice that meets you where you are
Some days you’ll feel strong and open, other days you might just need gentleness and rest. That’s all welcome here. Whether we practice on the mat, using cushions and props, or sitting in a chair, yoga adapts to you, not the other way round.
More than just the poses
Yoga isn’t just what happens in class, it’s a set of tools you can carry into your everyday life. It helped me find sobriety, manage stress and anxiety, and now supports me through menopause. Yoga teaches us to listen inward, steady the mind, and show up with compassion, not just on the mat, but in the messy, beautiful business of life.
